Variable Tuition
Variable Tuition allows Westminster Christian Academy to offer a range of tuition rates that make Christian education accessible for families. Instead of one set tuition amount, each qualifying family pays a tuition level that is appropriate for their financial circumstances.
Variable Tuition is not a scholarship. It is a tuition model designed to support families who desire a Westminster education but may not be able to afford full tuition.
Variable Tuition is accessible to families based upon a qualified financial aid application, ensuring consistency, and confidentiality in how tuition levels are determined.

Tuition Down Payment
Returning Families: A down payment of $125/student is required to secure your seat. The down payment is drafted on March 13, 2026.
New Families: The $125/student down payment is due upon submission of the enrollment contract.
Making WCA Tuition Work For Your Family
STEP 1: Apply for LA GATOR, ACE, and Arete to determine if your family qualifies.
ACE Scholarship (Entering K5, whether new or returning to WCA, or going into 1st-12th from a public school)
Arete Scholarship (Entering K5, whether new or returning to WCA, or going into 1st-12th from a public school)
LA GATOR Scholarship (K5-12th)
*Once you receive any of these outside scholarships, you are eligible to apply and receive each year pending that you continue to meet the income requirements.
STEP 2: Apply for WCA Financial Aid (K3-12th) via FACTS, pay the $45 fee to FACTS, and upload required financial documents.
STEP 3: WCA reviews the submitted FACTS application and responds to the applicant by the last business day of each month.
NOTE: Variable Tuition MAY be combined with all other scholarship programs for eligible families. For example, your family may combine the Variable Tuition rate with ACE, Arete, and/or LA GATOR, effectively lowering the amount of tuition.
Multi-Student Discount

Outside Scholarship Opportunities
The application and submission of these scholarships are the sole responsibility of the applicant.
These scholarships may be combined with in-house financial aid through WCA. All outside scholarships will be applied before any WCA discounts or financial aid is awarded.
